First info for a nice swap , R1 tittanum headers and mt10 stainless headers , 1,1 kg difference , headers are direct swap my sp with oem catbox and R1 headers R1 catbox and mt10 catbox as 2015/16 R1 were euro 3 (not euro4 like all mt10) it s a good base to start a bit of tuning (pictures courtesy off mt-series.it) here R1 catbox on Mt10 mine 16 with R1 rearset-headers-catbox-R1 termignoni silencier or before with gilles/yamaha rearset ,mt10 akrapovic can ,R1 headers and catbox mt10 and R1 box are not the same outside: different position for exup/cables actuator another heat shield , different angle of exit for the can inside: will try to do some diagram later

Thanks for the info shared on the forum
Thing R1 parts are compatible with plug and play, it's the suttle changes as you pointed out and shared make life a lot easier for guys going down the route

R1S are the same headers of the MT10 did not look at euro 4 2017 model aswel

Did you get this finished? How did it turn out? I am thinking about doing similar, as I like the look the OEM CAT gives (bike looks bare without one), but don't like the impact in performance. Would be great to have a de-cat pipe that looked like the OEM CAT.
