Did the 4lt fill to max mark or did you have to go into the other bottle? Cheers

The spare bottle is unopened, will come in handy for top ups. No need to use it. Sits just below max with the 4l.

That’s what I thought I did last time and when you read the manual it states 3.9l. Cheers

4 litres will do a change. Though maybe a tad more be needed if you let the engine oil drain over night.

My MT is due its first years service. Looking at the manual apart from the obvious checks etc it requires an oil change, will change the filter too. I did the 600m service myself and used Silkolene Pro 4 10W-40. Seen a few posts that folk are using 15W-50, is this now the preferred type to use?

I did 15w 50 and do think it sounds better but probably in my head.

Must be catching because I definitely think 15W50 quietens the top-end tapping a tad.
