Hi,

i have a akrapovic end can and decat fitted to my mt 10.
Noise level 105db (cold)
Bought genuine akrapovic baffle from calsport (quoted exhaust part no for compatability) for £50
Needed to drill hole for retaining grub screw.
reduced noise to 98db (warm)
still sounds well, and is a great addition for anyone with a decat, takes the noise level back towards the oem cat and akrapovic can set up.

What decat pipe you running? Had a racefit system with baffle and it was just too loud so have gone to an Akra. Not fitted yet but suspect it won’t be much better than the racefit. They do a baffle kit now where you change the whole end. Have you had it flashed, if not how does it run fuel, again with the racefit not brilliant. Cheers

fuelling is good, fitted a power commander and uploaded from dynojet a specific map to suit akrapovic pipe n decat for free. She runs a treat, fuel economy up too!
