I am looking at one of the maintenance stands that fit through the swingarm pivot, dont suppose anyone knows the hole diameter on the bike? Cant get to the bike for a few days so any help would be great, cheers.

Are you talking about an Abba stand? I'll be home this evening and have a number of bike kits here, I'll see what fits and get back to you. I also have my Constands centre lift from my Street Triple/Daytona which I need to see if I can get to fit.

That's neat enough, not seen one before. Not sure it looks sturdy enough for a 200kg bike?

I have been looking at the ABBA sky lift after something to get it well of the ground.

Agree that that JMP stand above ^ looks to be much too light a thing to lift up an MT-10 . An Abba Stand is made from sturdy hefty box-section. An Abba is telescopic width adjustable with screw in location points. Abba Stand also has a nice slide out telescopic arm to give leverage to raise the bike up over pivot point. The JMP stands are not nearly enough ‘like an Abba Stand’. Abba the pop group is more like an Abba Stand. And I doubt if any of the Abba pop group members could hold an MT-10 up either. It end up on its side So Sorry that JMP is way too cheap and for light weight bikes. Trying a flimsy £43 thing with a 200kg £11000 bike Is sorry just not for me .

In answer to the original question, one pin is circa 11mm and the other 21mm.

When I fitted my Nitron rear shock: I put a socket (forgot the size of it) into the hex, on the right-hand-side, of the swingarm pivot. I then put a 12 mm spud from the Abba Stand's adaptors into the square of the socket and another adopter into the other side of the swingarm pivot and lifted up the bike.
