Never fitted Rad or Oil cooler guards to a bike before, but having seen the state of some people's radiators on some bikes, and also not really fancying the cost of a new Rad, I felt it might be a good idea. I've looked about and have narrowed it down to two options: One is the Evotech Set: evotech-performance.com/products/yamaha-mt-10-radiator-oil-cooler-guard-set-2016Looks very good quality, and from all reports, fits very well, and is generally well made. Out of stock on their website at the moment, but available through other retailers at the £100 delivered for both guards they are offering. A cheaper option, is this near identical Chinese made offering: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112730507122?ViewItem=&item=112730507122It looks near identical to the Evotech, but has a snazzy little MT-10 logo cut into it. Half the price of the Evo-Tech, and has good reviews too. Now, both are made of the same material, to a similar design. About the only things that could make a difference, is the thickness or quality of material used, and the quality of the final finish. Does anyone have any experience with either? Thanks in advance, Dan.

I've fitted the evotech ones and looking at a those two links they look to be manufactured identically. They probably came out of the same Chinese factory, but one is a not branded and no middleman.

I've just fitted the Evotech set to mine. Easy to do, only takes 10 mins. Quick tip use copper grease on all the bolts so they don't seize.

Cheers for the replies guys.
I did some research into those eBay Rad guards- they are painted as opposed to the Evotech ones being powder coated.
So the Evotech ones will be more durable.
Only issue is Evotech are out of stock at the moment!
