What are you protecting it from? You don't touch it as it's not touch screen like a phone, tablet or satnav. Don't really see the point of these at all?

These things are very sensitive to being scratched by even dust. All it takes is one person thinking they are doing you a favor by wiping the dust off the screen while it is parked.

What he said, touched mine only lightly with my glove and its left a horrible spider web like scratch on the screen now.....note to self *DO NOT TOUCH*

Buy a matt screen protector for a tablet and cut to size, i had a speedo angel on a multistrada and as soon as the sun hits it they start to peel off, made my own and its been perfect

I'm thinking of getting a protector for the dash screen. What's the best way to put them on, do they just stick or do you have to use water or soap and use a squeegee ? don't want air bubbles in fact I don't want to see it, just know it's there and doing it's job. Also I've seen matt and gloss finishes, which is the one to go for ?
