Hi all. Finally today i had the time to fit the titanium headers i bought a month ago. I wasn't going to do this but I find the headers for £285(bargain). I decided i should put a video but then decided it doesn't need that much of instructions First of all you will need to find your self a bargain header then put the bike on a side stand or rear stand. Make sure you can access both sides. 1- remove the oil cooler bolts, there are 4 bolts holding this. Attention, do not remove the OIL COOLER, just the bolts which are helping to hang the oil cooler to the bike. The reason for that is so you can move the oil cooler around to reach the header bolts. 2- Remove the header bolts. You will need an extension bit to your wrench. 3- Clean headers with WD40 and make sure you wear gloves while fitting them back. Also, don't forget there are copper colour gaskets, you can reuse them and don't lose them. If they are falling down just put a little bit of grease to stick them on to the exhaust manifold heads. 4- make sure you take your time and don't damage the exhaust while fitting. you might need to loosen your cat or link pipe to be able to fit the headers back on. The torque values are on this picture. 5 Enjoy your amazing headers. if you find them in between £200-300 get it, its so worth the struggle, 1.3 kg less weight and I bet you will even squeeze a few hp.
