Is there anything weird i need to watch out for when putting Oximiser connections onto the battery? Is it just a straight disconnect, put terminals on and reconnect? I know some bikes can mess up settings etc when battery is disconnected and reconnected so just preparing for it!

It was straight plug and play for mine when i connected it. No issues at all and a simple five minute job.

Nope. Totally straight forward and if you keep a little downward pressure on the battery leads as you remove the securing bolt you won't even reset your trip meter.

No issues about disconnecting the battery. I had the battery out of the bike all winter last year and all was good when it went back in. I kept it charged up in the house.
