Any updates on the yam grips anyone? I've been an Oxford man myself in the past but don't want another controller on an already busy switch cluster/handle bar. The upshot seems to be there are two generations of Yamaha grips - the first ones are awful the latest ones are fine - dunno how you can tell the difference.

I realise it wasn’t the initial question/subject, Gerbing heated gloves I have are a once you have em you wouldn’t not want to have em solution. Tried thicker gloves, hand guards, bark busters wrap round muff things and heated grips, found heated grips lack when needing to use clutch hand in heavy traffic, and only works on the inside of the hand. Heated gloves, final answer.

I have gerbing heated gloves as well and think they are brilliant.
Yamaha heated grips unfortunately, not so.

I'll add my five cents and vouch for the Gerbing heated glove option. I've gone through all the options(heated grips, hand guards and muffs), but ended up with heated gloves. They are on the thicker side, but you get use to it and they just work. Simples.
