Hi, any one point me in the right direction as to the best place to tap in to for hard wiring a gps at the front of the bike, don't really want to run the wire to the battery.

Find the positive for you sat nav and connect it to that. The second image is the connector for the DC socket.

That is a fairly sizable mount that! Benefit is itβs locks the Zumo into the cradle, handy for petrol stations and leaving the bike for short periods.....but yes charwood23, itβs a bit on the lardy side π€ͺ
