After much research I decided to go for the Sprint air filter for my SP.
Sprint claim a better flow and filtration rate than their competitors, but my tuner was sceptical, we agreed to do some back to back dyno runs on Friday.
Graphs to follow as they didn't save to my thumb drive. Will get them Wednesday as I am back for the race tools package from Woolich racing.
Warmup runs and then a final power run showing just under 150 bhp.
30 mins later after I had installed the Sprint filter we did some further warmup runs and then a final power run of just under 154 bhp.
Pretty impressive outcome considering that we did no further tuning.
next Wednesday I am back as mentioned above where we will fit the racetools package and datalogger, then run the bike for 2 - 3 hours of normal riding to populate the datalogger with real world data rather than just dyno data.
This will then be interpreted and incorporated into the next ecu flash.
Due to the instant + 4bhp from the filter alone we are expecting more once the fuelling is optimised again to take into account the additional flow.
Exciting times.
Current setup:
AIS removed Lamda sensors removed Exup removed Leo Vince decat Akrapovic end can Sprint P08 airfilter Woolichracing ecu flash RWBHP 153+
Next: Woolich racing racetools package including autoblipper, datalogger and then further dyno time and reflash.
WIll post up graphs and further results Wednesday.

Interesting, what are you using to log the real world data?

Interesting, what are you using to log the real world data? The woolichracing log box. it monitors af ratio on the move amongst other things such as throttle position etc.

Does the woolich autotune automatically map the bike with their supplied wideband sensor?

Does the woolich autotune automatically map the bike with their supplied wideband sensor? No it logs the data you then down load that to the software, which suggests changes to alter the bin file and then re-flash the ECU. i believe that FTecu does automatically make changes on the bike.
