I wonder if anybody who has the comfort seat has found that it is wearing through on the bit on the tank. I find that it is very ill fitting and this has been proved by the white plastic seat frame showing through now. For info I've had the bike for about 2 months and I've only done 800 miles on it. Other than this issue the seat is ultra comfortable and in comparison to the the OEM seat it's like your favourite armchair! Just a shame that the build quality is shockingly bad!

I have one of these and have done around the same mileage, but haven't looked. I will have a look when I get home later.

Hi guys I've had two do the same thing. My third replacement from my dealer was modded buy them buy taking the sharpe corners off repadding a bit and stapling cover back in place. I'll see how this one goes but must agree the seat is so comfy but the build quality is shocking for the price it costs. First two didn't last 50 miles.

I'm on my second comfort seat, first was replaced under warranty. Wore through exactly the same, it appears the comfort seat uses a different moulding and the lugs are too sharply shaped causing them to wear through. Spoke to my dealer and they have replaced a few apparently so it you have one check it.
