Hey guys! I am located in sunny Scotland...anybody know the best place to get my ECU remapped? I have a scorpion de-cat pipe and titanium akrapovic can! Bike sounds awesome but bangs a bit coming down the gears and just something missing in the way it runs mid-range...

Any big differences in fuel economy after a flash? My old MT09 got a lot more thirst after a ECU flash

Any big differences in fuel economy after a flash? My old MT09 got a lot more thirst after a ECU flash Me, I've no personal experience. However, from what i gather there is real no massive fuel economy difference wise with reflashing/remapping an MT-10. The -10 is thirsty to begin with. MT-09 different kettle of fish altogether and I’d say not comparable regarding this.

I have just sent my ECU to Andy at J33. He's going to raise the rev limiter, disable the EXCV & AIS too. Looking forward to getting it back and seeing what the difference is. I am running a Sprint P08 air filter, Leo Vince link pipe and OE silencer.

Anyone in Scotland should look at dynoworx for a flash, based in Livingston. Couple hrs on the dyno and the change in the bike is easy to feel as soon as you ride away

Finally managed to get a proper blast on the bike, circa 100 miles with the postal flash Andy @j33 did for me last week. Without doubt this is the best money I've spent on the bike. Andy's wizardry has totally transformed the bike. The connection between bike and throttle is now more direct and it just pulls and pulls all the way through the rev range. The power is amazing. The snatchy throttle is gone in place of smoothness and the bike doesn't lurch on closed throttle in all maps. The bike also runs cooler thanks to the changes to the fans. I literally can't stop grinning every time I go ride. This is the way an MT-10 should feel.

It really goes to show how strangled the MT10 is because of euro 4 regs! Mine is standard apart from the flash, no decat or supposedly performance air filter, all i have is a standard road legal Acro can fitted. Where i ride the police are hot on noise, also if you have a very loud bike they can here you coming if they are standing there with a speed gun. Personally, and i know im in the minority, i think the MT10 is loud enough. Anyway im glad andy sorted your 10 out so you can ride the real bike instead of the restricted one
